As part of SplitMetrics, App Radar is committed to relentlessly improving and extending its dataset. So we’re proud to introduce another metric to our extensive set of Keywords Research & Analytics capabilities - Relevancy.

This is a metric that helps you to find the right (new) keywords for your store listing and prioritize them, together with Search Volume & Difficulty. You see, both Google and Apple want to provide their app store visitors with the most suitable search results. So make use of our new Relevancy metric and include the most relevant keywords in your store listing to increase that organic visibility!

At SplitMetrics, we have worked with extensive Data Intelligence from app stores since 2015. This accumulated historical data and statistics combined with machine learning capabilities and investments in our data science team are the reason we can today provide accurate and extensively tested datasets to our customers. This feature helps you to understand how other app businesses in your specific category and country optimize their metadata and creatives. For example, you can compare your own icon color palette to the industry standards, understand how many apps use videos in their store listings, how long are the descriptions on average, how many apps use in-app payments, what’s the category average app rating, size and more. Data Improvement

Our Commitment to Data Quality Improvements

ASO managers work with data on a daily basis. We keep an eye on our keyword rankings, we look at the search volume and difficulty of the keywords, measure our impressions and downloads and much more. Being a data-driven marketer is important, one would say even inevitable in the year 2024. Yet not all data is created equal. There can be “good” as well as “bad” data, the latter one directing you to make wrong decisions.

That’s why it’s very important for all ASO managers to work with a platform that consistently maintains, improves and extends its database. And this App Radar release did exactly so! It might not be obvious to you on the user interface but it sure has a lot of impact behind the scenes (thank you to our extended team of data scientists and backend developers!). More precisely, our Keyword Live Search for Apple App Store data across all countries received an important update. We want you to feel confident with the data you’re working with on a daily basis and sharing with your team as well as basing decisions on!
